PRODUCTION has just started on the new series of The Block in South Yarra. But you will never guess who is coming back for the reality renovation show...

IF the whispers are true, Deanne and Darren Jolly have signed up to do The Block ... again.

The much talked about couple are believed to be part of the new series that has just started production at Darling St, South Yarra.

Nine won’t officially confirm what is going on for the next series, but it will air early next year.

It’s no surprise to Confidential that the Jollys have been asked again to do the series.

Dee in particular has had lots of airtime, which has made The Block Glasshouse one of the more interesting and high rating series of the long running Channel 9 show.

She recently told Confidential that despite the sometimes tough times on The Block, both her and Darren loved the experience.

The next block of apartments for the TV series of The Block, 27 Darling St, South Yarra.

“It was really hard work, but I loved it,’’ she said.

“I thrived on it, which I wasn’t expecting at all.”

Jolly said the hardest thing was being away from family and friends.

“Being away from the girls (daughters Lily and Scarlett) was really hard, that was the hardest thing.

“As far as the build is concerned, just being tired all the time, living in the cold, the dirt, mouldy showers that kind of stuff made it quite hard.”

The finale of The Block Glasshouse will air on Sunday, with the all important auctions for the five apartments on High St, Prahran.
