“This was the last photo we ever took together,’’ Jackson posted on social media.

Warne ended the post with a love heart.

Shane died suddenly from a heart attack on March 4 while on holiday in Thailand.

He made special mention of the significance of the occasion as the spin king wore number 23 during his decorated cricket career.

“This birthday was a hard one to celebrate but I was lucky enough to be surrounded by great friends and family to make it such a special weekend,’’ Jackson wrote on Instagram.

“I turned 23 this year which is a very special number. 23.

“Thankyou everyone for the birthday wishes and I will get back to all of you. I appreciate your kind words. Thankyou, go saints.”

Brooke last week made a memorable stop at Lord’s Cricket Ground to visit the Shane Warne Commentary Box.

“This is an honour for our Dad and family,’’ she wrote. “It was very special to be able to see this. Thank you for honouring our Dad with this incredible tribute in a place where he spent a lot of his time and made so many memories.”
