Rob Mills hasn’t let his time in isolation go to waste, launching a new digital singing show.
The singer and actor started Homegrown Superstars which has a different theme each week. Participants upload a song with a weekly cash prize and a different famous Aussie host each week.
“We had planned to launch this a little later on, but given everyone is now at home it was the perfect time and we have big dreams for this concept,’’ Mills said.
“Our musical and arts industries, like so many businesses across Australia, have been decimated in recent weeks.
“We have such a vibrant music community and some of the most talented global singers in the world. Now we can find these hidden stars at home.”
Homegrown Superstars also has the support of Buy Aussie Now, a free platform for Australian brands to showcase their products.
