Kelli Stevens on her new life as a fitness trainer, mindset coach and online marketer

After her infamous affair with Wayne Carey rocked the footy world two decades ago, Kelli Stevens has changed her look and outlook on life.

Kelli Stevens, who had a now infamous affair with former AFL star Wayne Carey 20 years ago, has rebuilt her life as a fitness trainer, mindset coach and online marketer.

Kelli, who was married to Carey’s North Melbourne teammate Anthony Stevens at the time of the explosive scandal, is in a happy relationship with fellow trainer Andrew Hall and living a location-free lifestyle up north.

She and Hall have a daughter ,Leni, and two children, River and Ayva, from her relationship with Stevens.

Now a brunette and with a fit new physique, Kelli said the penny dropped in 2015 when she realised she needed to find a way out of the “heaviness”.

Kelli Stevens has rebuilt her life and career.

Stevens is living a location-free lifestyle up north.

Carey spoke on SAS: Australia last week about how the affair with Kelli, which stunned the footy world and tarnished his reputation, had haunted him for 20 years and was the biggest regret of his life.

Kelli often posts updates on social media about empowering women and how she transformed herself to also owning an F45 training venue.

In 2020 she wrote: “In Aug 2015 after experiencing almost 15yrs of my life being splashed across the media (and it didn’t stop there either) and not knowing who I was anymore, I knew it was time to get past all that heaviness and mess I was carrying and discover who I was and my beautiful shining light”.

Kelli shared more at the weekend about how she was thriving after also battling binge drinking.

“I numbed myself for a long time so I couldn’t feel, and when I did want to feel, I didn’t know how,’’ she wrote.

Kelli Stevens is now brunette.

And rocking a fit physique.

“It wasn’t an avalanche of emotions pouring out, it’s been an incredible chipping away over the last 4 yrs to reveal my truth and to feel more forgiveness, love, kindness and gratitude inside.

“Thank you to my love, Andrew, and my Rainbow Star Child, Leni, for making this transition to feel all the love and support in this beautiful and peaceful journey of coming back to my loving worth and deserving self.

“My other two children I thank you for your undying love, strength and resilience during our journey together. You have both been my biggest teachers and my most special people on the planet. I love you with all my heart.”

In October last year Kelli, who dubs herself ‘the firecracker biohacker’, says she found joy in digital online platforms.

“I would have been up shit’s creek without a paddle if I didn’t join the online attraction marketing space three years ago and the cryptocurrency magical world last December,” she wrote.

Just last week she wrote: “No more dulling myself. I am so stoked and happy with who I am now and what I have worked hard to achieve that I am no longer going to dim my light for others to feel comfortable. It is their responsibility for how they get to feel and look.

“Life is agreeing with me. This year is all about creating Magic, Gratitude, Pleasure and Wealth.”

Kelli and Anthony Stevens married in 1998 and split for good in 2008.
