One of footy’s most eligible bachelors is off the market with Richmond’s Dion Prestia striking up a romance with a top Melbourne model.
The Tigers premiership midfielder has been dating Brooke Bailey for the past three months after meeting on a double date with his ex-teammate Pat Naish.
Bailey, 23, said the pair immediately connected and she couldn’t wait for the footy season to start.
“It’s going really well, we hit it off straight away,’’ Bailey said.
“I’m not a huge footy fan but now I’ll definitely be following along and I’m excited to go to the games.”
Bailey was scouted by Brooklyn Edwards of Brooklyn Management three years ago while working in retail fashion.
Currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, Bailey is also a pilates instructor, a former ballet dancer and works at a veterinary hospital.
She’s been a model in demand having worked so far for top brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Mecca, Victoria’s Secret, YSL Beauty, Revlon and Fila.
Prestia, 32, was just last week cleared by the Tigers of any wrongdoing after being linked to a brawl on December 27 outside the Continental Hotel in Sorrento.
Richmond maintained the veteran saw the fight “but in no way was he involved”.
Prestia, a great mate of retired Richmond legend Dustin Martin, is believed to have been single for the past few years.
