DANE Swan is ready and in shape for his next adventure.

The Collingwood champion will experience a European summer for the first time when he takes off at the start of July with a one-way ticket.

“I’ve knocked off Coachella (in the US) and now it’s a European summer,’’ Swan said.

“I’ve got two months there and then New York for a while before I’m back for Grand Final week. I’ll go on my footy trip as well, even though I’m not playing. I’m trying not to have a winter.”

Since returning from the South African jungle as part of reality show I’m a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!, Swan and his castmate Ash Pollard have been keeping their weight off by doing F45 training in Prahran.

“I was half stuck in a rut before I went into the jungle,’’ Swan said.

“All I did was eat and drink and didn’t exercise. Coming out of there and taking the weight off by force has motivated me to keep it off. I don’t do anything anyway during the days and this training doesn’t take up a lot of time.

“The other good thing is it gets me out of bed in the morning. If I don’t come and do this I won’t get out of bed til 11am. I get as big a sweat up doing this as anywhere.”

Pollard said they might even coax their jungle mate, comedian Nazeem Hussain, to join F45.

“Dane and I talked about this in the jungle,’’ she said.

“I was going well, doing five days a week and then he went to America and I couldn’t go without him. He’s been my motivation the whole time.”
