Ash Williams has challenged Married At First Sight’s Mike Gunner to a boxing match, as the feud between the pair continues to escalate.
Former MAFS groom Gunner blocked the comedian on Instagram after taking exception to Williams discussing on radio that he had asked Williams for advice on landing a TV gig.
Williams claims he told Gunner to email him, but then supplied him with a fake email address instead.
Gunner was so miffed about Williams revealing the information that he sent threatening messages warning Williams not to be critical again.
But Williams isn’t shying away from the fight, ramping up their feud by calling for Mike to get in the ring.
“We are doing a boxing match for charity. Of course I’ll have to ask Mike first,’’ Williams said.
“I don’t hold any grudges towards Mike. It’s not his fault that he’s not that smart.”
Williams posted on social media saying “this will be the biggest pay per view fight since Anthony Mundine v Danny Green”.
Radio star Tommy Little offered to train Gunner to give Ash an edge.
“I can hit up Mike to see if he wants me to train him? That way it guarantees that he won’t be ready for the fight,” Little wrote on Instagram.
Dave Hughes suggested Mike’s former wife from MAFS, Heidi Latcham could be Williams’ “corner girl”., while former Biggest Loser trainer Tiff Hall offered to coach him.
Ben Fordham and Lee Elliott also showed their support for Williams online.
Since the end of his stint on the reality show, Gunner started a podcast and also has a new girlfriend.
