Celebrity footy and entertainment manager Ralph Carr has taken out a new mortgage on his splendid 229 Lennox St, Richmond, property — with UCA Funds Management, the ethical investment arm of the Uniting Church.

Carr’s Belding Hills company took out the original mortgage on the historic Lennox House in March 18, 1996, owning $880,000 to the Commonwealth Bank.

The property still has Belding Hills as its listed proprietor but a new mortgage from 30 April this year is listed.

The Herald Sun revealed last month that the building — that Carr has used as his office — was now offering space after a co-tenant moved out.

Carr has managed a who’s who of local celebrities, including Richmond superstar Dustin Martin and songstress Kate Ceberano.

Carr also represents footballers including Richmond’s Shai Bolton and GWS player Nick Haynes.

Late last year it was reported that Carr had separated from wife Emma.

Earlier this year, Carr moved to off load a spectacular Victorian mansion in one of Melbourne’s most exclusive pockets.

The grand five-bedroom house at 26 Shakespeare Grove, Hawthorn, in the St James Park Estate, hit the market with a $12-$13.2 million price guide.

CoreLogic records show Carr paid $7.55 million for the sprawling 1318sq m property in 2013.
