OCEAN’S 8 might be a film about a gang of all-female thieves, but it was Aussie style queen Cate Blanchett who stole the show when she stepped out with the cast in Las Vegas.
The sartorial style queen was front and centre on the ComicCon red carpet alongside her co-stars Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Awkwafina.
The comedy, an all-female spin-off of Steven Soderbergh’s Ocean’s Trilogy, follows Danny Ocean’s sister, Debbie and seven other female thieves as they try to pull off the heist of the century at New York’s annual Met Gala.
Their target — a necklace that’s worth more than $150 million.
Wearing a crème embroidered blazer and matching pants paired with a white shirt and thick gold necklace, thick gold necklace, Blanchett embodied the expensive taste of her character.
Helena Bonham Carter and Rihanna also form part of the crew, with cameo appearances from a raft of stars including Kim Kardashian, Kylie and Kendall Jenner, Serena Williams, Olivia Munn and Katie Holmes.
Matt Damon will reprise his role from The Ocean’s Trilogy, while James Corden and Richard Armitage will also star.
The film is due to be released in Australian cinemas on June 7.
