BRYNNE Edelsten — with her new girlfriend Coby Boatman by her side — has come out in support of marriage equality.
Edelsten, who was recently engaged to comedian Brett Hunter before going public with her first same sex relationship, was at the opening of the new Diesel bar and eatery in the City last night when she made her feelings on the issue clear.
“”Marriage is a celebration of love,” she told the Herald Sun.
“That’s something that shouldn’t be denied by anyone.”
By holding a Yes sign, with rainbow colours, on the red carpet, Edelsten joined a long list of celebrities supporting marriage equality.
Brynne — who goes by name of Edelsten on Facebook despite no longer being married to Geoffrey Edelsten — has said she didn’t seek out a same sex relationship, and it “just feels right.”
Other guests at the Little Londsdale Street venue launch included former reality TV stars including David Witko, Jono Pitman and Zana Pali and Gianni Romano.
Diesel is the latest project by Melbourne hospitality industry royalty Jamie Nasser.
