Brynne Edelsten has emerged from lockdown looking better than ever as a single woman.
The American socialite and former wife of medical entrepreneur Geoffrey Edelsten, has been unlucky in love since their marriage ended in 2014.
A slim and strong Edelsten, who at one stage reverted to her maiden name Gordon, wrote on Instagram this week: “Better to be alone than miserable.”
She was also pictured at a Melbourne beach with her “#1 man”, her pet dog Juddy, who was lying on her as she posed while on the phone.
A few days ago she posted “Coming out of lockdown... single & free” with a picture revealing her short blonde hair and toned figure.
She also used telling hashtags such as change is good, eyes open and never look back.
Edelsten, 37, split up with her boyfriend Leno Cachia late last year.
“Life is so much easier when you stop holding on to what holds you back,” she also wrote.
The Edelstens tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in November 2009 at Crown Casino, with the ceremony reportedly costing $3.3million.
After five years of marriage, the pair separated in 2014 and finalised their divorce in April 2015. She described their marriage as a very lonely time.
Following their split, Geoffrey had a shortlived marriage to American Gabi Grecko, 29.
Brynne went on the find love with comedian Brett Hunter, and the pair were engaged in June 2017.
They split soon after and she found love with Coby Boatman, but their lesbian relationship fizzled after just two months of dating.
She then went public with her relationship with Cachia in March 2018, but in October 2019 she revealed they had split up in a lengthy rant on Instagram.
The socialite detailed a tumultuous relationship with the mechanic, and also claimed then that she was happier as a single woman.
In November last year she also wrote about being crushed and having a change of heart.
During an interview with Stellar shortly after she spoke about being content to swap her luxurious life in a penthouse for a suburban share house.
