Collingwood premiership star Bobby Hill and his partner Georgia Devlin have welcomed their second son.
The couple announced on Tuesday night that Malakai Hill was born on Monday, a brother to two year-old Bobby Junior.
Adorable pictures were also posted to Instagram by the Magpies showing the family’s joy.
Hill, who won the Norm Smith medal in last year’s grand final, completed a fairytale comeback after overcoming testicular cancer in 2022.
The former GWS forward kicked a career-best four goals in Collingwood’s four point win over Brisbane to claim the flag.
Hill, 24, and Devlin wanted to move to Victoria to help support their young family.
Hill, who has played a total of 67 games, has reflected on his remarkable journey back to good health and being able to play at his best.
“I always asked ‘why me’ in that situation,” Hill said last year. “I wouldn’t put that upon anyone.
“But going back to my family and here at the club, it’s made me a stronger man.”
Hill said he received support from Sam Docherty and Ben Cunnington, who overcame their own battles with testicular cancer.
“They were big in getting around me and messaging me,” he said.
“And there’s the family I’ve got with my partner and my little one. I was a long way from WA.
“Coming to Collingwood, they made me feel at home. To come back from that, it’s a credit to my family.”
