AFLW stars Darcy Vescio, Katie Brennan and Daisy Pearcehave rewound the clock with classic footy looks — and locks — from the past.

Their “throwback” shoot is part of a new NAB campaign, History In The Making, which launches tomorrow.

The campaign is brought to life through the use of VFL and AFL match footage from the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s. Using special effects, the original players from the different eras have been replaced with Pearce, Vescio, and Brennan.

“Growing up, it was my dream to play at an elite level, and now girls all around Australia have that opportunity,” Brennan said.

NAB chief marketing officer, Andrew Knott, said: “We are excited to be a part of more Aussie history in the making ... so we can support all footy players’ dreams of making it to the big time.”
