What’s your No.1 tip for people coming to see a show at the comedy festival?

If you got free tickets, think twice before coming.

It’s not that the show won’t be good, it’s that you won’t be invested.

A show always involves the audience meeting the performer halfway.

Which other comedians/shows are you keen to see at this year’s festival, and why?

Josh Ladgrove/Neal Portenza. He brings pure joy to everything.

What stands out to you about Melbourne?

I’m from Sydney, but I’m not afraid to kiss some a.. and say that Melbourne is the nicest city in Australia.

The only problem is it’s residents never tire of telling you that.

Who or what is your comedic inspiration, and why?

Life’s ironies.

George Carlin.

Monty Python.
