What can people expect from your show at this year’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival?

A one-man sketch show where the audience decides the running order. Each show will be different, depending on what the audience wants to see.

TOP COMICS REVEAL THEIR FAVOURITE COMEDIANS

What have you been up to since last time you were here?

I’ve done a few different group MICF shows before, but this is my first solo outing.

I’ve spent the last year developing the show, only YOU can decide whether that was a big waste of a year or not.

Who should see your show, and why?

Anyone who wants to laugh and wants to feel power over me should see my show.

I’ll do my best to make you laugh, but worst case scenario you get to watch me bend to your will.

What’s your No.1 tip for people coming to see a show at the comedy festival?

Take a chance on an unknown act.

Nothing is better than getting in on the ground floor, and being able to brag that you knew a comedian before they got popular.

Also, if you enjoyed the show, stick around to tell them so and/or follow them on social media

Which other comedians/shows are you keen to see at this year’s festival, and why?

Hit By a Blimp are a sketch group that are going places, definitely one to see before they’re huge.

Tunes and Tales is a mix of improvised music and improvised comedy that blows my mind every time I see them perform.

Also, Conspiracy Up Late is a VERY late night variety showcase that will leave you delirious from exhaustion and laughter (mainly laughter).

Oh, also see Sweet Potatoes.

What do you love about Melbourne?

Melbourne is great because whatever your interest and/or hobby is, there is always somewhere to do it and people that share your passion.

In regards to comedy (and some people don’t realise this) you can see stand-up, sketch or improv more or less any night of the week!

Who or what is your comedic inspiration, and why?

Mr. Show and Monty Python for silliness, Mrs. Doubtfire and Bojack Horseman for feels.

Anything else you want us to know about you or your show?

If you come to my show and mention this Q and A, I will look you in the eyes and give you the most sincere thank you that you have received in your life. Also, a lock of my hair.
