What can people expect from your show at this year’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival?

Lots of topics jammed into one show.

If you don’t like one topic, don’t worry, another one is coming soon (sorry for the cringy catch phrase).

My show has stories on getting dumped, moving out of home, music festivals and a holiday to Thailand that went wrong.

What have you been up to since last time you were here?

I’m a radio presenter on triple J.

Since the last time I was at the Melbourne Comedy Festival in 2017, I have hosted summer breakfast filling in for ‘Ben and Liam’ across Australia for a month.

Been travelling the country doing stand-up comedy and hosted music festivals with acts such as The Jungle Giants and Amy Shark.

Also just gaining life experience.

I’m now 22, and know how to cook my own steak, no assistance needed.

Who should see your show, and why?

You should see my show because I love making people laugh, which is a much nicer way of saying I want your money.

What’s your No.1 tip for people coming to see a show at the comedy festival?

Come to mine.

Which other comedians/shows are you keen to see at this year’s festival, and why?

James Acaster and Daniel Sloss.

They both had awesome shows on Netflix come out this year, and I can’t wait to see them live again.

What do you love about Melbourne?

I’ve been to Melbourne heaps.

It’s like my third home (if I said second, I know people in Perth that’d be upset).

I love walking across the bridge in Southbank, and getting a nice Italian meal in Flinders Lane.

Who or what is your comedic inspiration, and why?

I don’t have an inspiration as such, cause I’ve always just tried to be more and more myself on stage.

Jimmy Carr, Bill Burr and George Carlin have all been big comedy idols for me.

Anything else you want us to know about you or your show?

As the old saying goes, if you liked my show, tell a friend.

If you hate my show, tell an enemy. Win win for you.
