What can people expect from your show at this year’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival?

My most introspective and funny show yet.

A show that is fundamentally funny and tackles some of my life’s intimate relationships and the ins and outs of those.

TOP COMICS REVEAL THEIR FAVOURITE COMEDIANS

My unique brand of banter field and physical comedy and just a wonderful night out for all.

What have you been up to since last time you were here?

Since last year, I actually took a little time off actively gigging and it was pretty awesome. Absolutely nothing funny happened.

Since being back at it and creating this brand new show I think I’ve refound my passion and have created my best work yet!

Who should see your show, and why?

Absolutely everybody should see the show as everyone has family relationships, some go the way they should and others don’t pan out that way.

This show is a hilarious look into my relationship, and my family and I think it’s exceptionally funny.

What’s your No.1 tip for people coming to see a show at the comedy festival?

Take a punt! If you see something in the guide or on the board that you find intriguing, just do it! (Never stop plugging — Just Doing It — a great show for example).

You may find a comedian you love whose face isn’t on a tram, but is a delight.

Which other comedians/shows are you keen to see at this year’s festival, and why?

Breast of the Fest is a great line-up show featuring a number of female comics from around Melbourne.

Tash York is back with another awesome cabaret comedy.

I can’t wait to see everyone else at my venue, Trades Hall, really, the line-up is so great.

What do you love about Melbourne?

I live in Melbourne now, and I think it’s the best city in the world.

Not only will you see some amazing festival acts, but the food, the bars, the vibe.

It really is an amazing city to spend time in.

Who or what is your comedic inspiration, and why?

I’m a big fan of drawing from everyday life, and this year’s show especially is more personal. I think finding your voice and then committing to it makes the best comedy.

Anything else you want us to know about you or your show?

It’s an awesome show and I think there’s something for everyone, so definitely get around it! Audiences have absolutely loved the show so far, so I am so very excited to share it with Melbourne.
