HE was crowned with one of the most famous mullets of the 1990s, and it seems country star Billy Ray Cyrus is continuing his commitment to bizarre hair well into the 21st century.

The 54-year-old Achy Break Heart singer and dad to Miley Cyrus rocked up to this week’s CMT Music Awards with a hairdo that defies description. So we won’t try — we’ll just let the pictures do the talking:
