Tristan Thompson has ‘done nothing’ to support Maralee Nichols and their newborn son, lawyer claims
A lawyer for the woman who welcomed a baby with Tristan Thompson has said the NBA player has not made any contact, despite his public declaration he would help raise their son.

Tristan Thompson has not been stepping up to the plate like he promised.
The NBA player and Khloe Kardashian’s ex-fiance “has done nothing” to support his two-month-old son with Instagram model Maralee Nichols, her rep said in a statement Monday night, NY Post reports.
“Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support his son,” Nichols’ rep, Harvey Englander, said in a statement to the publication.
“He has had no contact nor has he provided any financial support.”

The statement comes after a report claimed Thompson could be paying up to $55,000 in child support to each of his baby mamas, which include Khloe Kardashian, Jordan Craig and Nichols.
Thompson, 30, is a father to three children: son Prince, 5, daughter True, 3, and his newborn with Nichols, whose name is unknown. He fathered the newborn while he was still dating Kardashian.
The Sacramento Kings star admitted to fathering Nichols’ baby in early January after a DNA test provided the truth, and promised to “amicably” raise the child.
“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols,” Thompson wrote on an Instagram Story at the time. “I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.”
He continued, “I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both privately and publicly.”
Thompson and the fitness model, 31, had been locked in a bitter paternity suit after she claimed he impregnated her over his 30th birthday weekend in March last year — while he was still romantically involved with Kardashian, the mother of his child True.
He vehemently denied Nichols’ claims in court documents — going as far as to threaten her — until the DNA results burst his bubble.
“Khloé, you don’t deserve this,” he wrote on social media.
“You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.”
Kardashian, 37, who dumped Thompson in June, has not directly acknowledged Thompson’s latest infidelity.
Thompson has cheated on Kardashian multiple times, including when he was caught making out with a woman while Kardashian was about to welcome their first child back in 2018.
They reconciled before he made headlines yet again for “making out” with Kardashian family friend, Jordyn Woods, in early 2019.
After a year of co-parenting, the couple reconciled yet again in late 2020, with Kardashian revealing on the final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that they were trying for a second child.
But things went pear-shaped yet again in April last year just days after it was reported Thompson had proposed to Kardashian with a $2 million ring, with US Instagram model Sydney Chase emerging claiming she had slept with Tristan in January of that year. Thompson denied her claims.
He then cheated on Kardashian in March with Nichols.
