JESSICA Rowe had a wild surprise in store for her co-hosts on air this morning.
The Studio 10 presenter shocked the rest of the panel when she debuted her new pastel-pink hair live on the show.
The 44-year-old, who has maintained her blonde pixie crop for a number of years, leapt onto the stage amid cheers from the live audience and gasps from her colleagues.
“Jessica Rowe, oh my goodness! Look at your hair!,” a shocked Natarsha Belling exclaimed.
Tickled pink with the reaction, Rowe said simply: “Surprise!”
The trendy mum-of-two revealed she did get permission from Studio 10’s executive producer Rob McKnight, but tried to keep it a secret from husband Peter Overton, whose first reaction was: “No! What have you done to your hair? It’s horrible!”.
Ten’s morning show posted the below snap to their Instagram account just yesterday. No hint of any candy coloured tresses here.
We’re loving the fairy floss crop, Ms Rowe, although not too sure Ita Buttrose feels the same way.
