Ruby Rose has taken her allegiance to a makeup brand further than most by tattooing their famous slogan on her body.

The 27-year-old Maybelline ambassador has inked the label’s famous catchphrase “maybe she’s born with it” across her chest.

Rose was named the face of Maybelline New York in 2010.

“Four years ago @maybelline @mnyau took a big risk and chose a tattooed rock chick to be the face of their iconic brand..” she wrote alongside the image on Instagram yesterday.

“Through my personal successes and the few battles they had my back like a family not a brand.. To many more years. Thanks for always believing in me. Also great way to freak out the office ;)”

The phrase has been added to her collection of over 30 tattoos, which includes a full sleeve on one arm.

Last week Rose announced her engagement to fashion designer Phoebe Dahl.
