IT’S been years in the making and now the waterfront mega mansion of model Jennifer Hawkins is finally complete.
After three years, Hawkins, 33, and husband Jake Wall have put the finishing touches on the $6 million luxury residence in Newport on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Sprawling across four levels, the pad boasts an infinity pool, indoor elevator, home theatre, private gym and its own private beach.
Alfresco dining areas and floor-to-ceiling windows allow uninterrupted views across Pittwater.
Hawkins — who has developed an enviable property portfolio around Sydney — bought the slice of land in 2014 for $4 million and began construction on the $2 million dream home soon after.
Wall’s construction company, J Group Project, was behind the development.
Timber, concrete, glass and stone were used heavily in the design to help the contemporary home blend in with its natural surrounds.
Craning in palms and other plants have helped give the landscaped gardens an established feel and add privacy to the couple’s compound.
Hawkins has documented the building process on social media over the last three years, giving fans small glimpses of her dream home as it came together.
While the couple moved into the home in September, it’s understood the project finally reached its completion this month.
