JENA Malone is the latest Hollywood star to brave a fiery new hairdo, bidding farewell to her blonde locks.
The Hunger Games star debuted her wild look at the Inherent Vice premiere at the New York Film Festival over the weekend, hitting the red carpet with her co-stars in the upcoming crime drama, Benicio del Toro, Joaquin Phoenix, Owen Wilson and Sasha Pieterse.
Katy Perry and Vanessa Hudgens have also gone for the bold shade recently, but Malone went the whole hog, even dyeing her eyebrows the same clown-red hue.
She also shared her dramatic transformation on Instagram, along with the caption, “Drastic times call for drastic measures.”
The 29-year-old actress has trialled a number of different shades over the years, from jet black to honey blonde. In 2013, she divulged to Vogue magazine that her natural colour is actually light brown.
Loving the fire engine red, although we’re not sure Richard Gere was that impressed.
