Jemima Kirke shows off armpit hair on red carpet

JEMIMA Kirke’s no shave-moment is still going strong. The Girls star hit the red carpet in New York proudly rocking some unshaven pits.

JEMIMA Kirke‘s no shave-moment is still going strong.

The Girls star, who previously flaunted hairy armpits at the CFDA Awards in June, hit the red carpet in New York with her unshaven pits on display.

Sporting a sleek black maxi dress with a few bold baubles and a fiery pout, Kirke, 30, proudly posed as her armpit hair peeked through as she made her way inside the Museum of Modern Art for the 2015 Center for Reproductive Rights Gala.

The mother of two previously appeared in a PSA for the organisation, revealing that she got an abortion in college.

“I wasn’t sure that I wanted to be attached to this person for the rest of my life,” Kirke said. “My life was not conducive to raising a healthy, happy child. I just didn’t feel it was fair.”

While Kirke herself has yet to comment on the year’s buzziest new beauty trend, the actress joins the ranks of Miley Cyrus and Madonna among other stars who have decided to ditch their razors.
