Pop star Dua Lipa looked breathtaking in a floor-length, sheer white gown, which she wore at her friend’s wedding day at the weekend.

Dua Lipa stunned onlookers as she attended a friend’s wedding in a sheer, floor-length white gown.

The 27-year-old UK pop star was photographed attending the lavish nuptials in Charleval, France at the weekend, rocking a see-through dress brimming with flower detailing, a thigh-high slit, matching underwear and capped sleeves.

While it is considered the ultimate faux pas to wear white to a wedding, the Cold Heart singer was giving the ultimate nod to the groom, French designer Simon Porte Jacquemus, by wearing a design from his autumn/winter collection.

Simon, 32, who is the founder of the luxury fashion label Jacquemus, married his long-term partner Marco Maestri in the south of France on Saturday, local time, with Lipa just one of the star-studded guests in attendance.

The three-time Grammy winner, who shot to fame seemingly overnight with her successful debut 2017 album Dua Lipa, is also emerging as a style icon on the high-fashion scene, with her edgy looks often making headlines.

And the popular artist is finally headed to Australia later this year.

Lipa’s Future Nostalgia tour will host shows in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth from October until November.
