THE woman who duped Casey Donovan into a fake six-year relationship with an non-existent man named Campbell has been named.
In her new autobiography Big, Beautiful & Sexy, the Australian idol winner confessed to a fraudulent long-term relationship with the mysterious man who she had never met.
She even became engaged to him — even though she only ever met a close friend of his, Olga, who she even had sex with before she discovered Olga was actually Campbell.
The Daily Telegraph reports Olga was the fictional identity given to Sydney’s Jade Katie Cavanagh, who works in group sales.
“I spent six years of my life loving someone who never really existed, being ‘supported’ by a best friend who was deceiving me from the beginning, pulling all the strings,” Donovan wrote.
“I know everyone gets their heart ripped out every now and again but that … That just took the cake for me!”

‘IT’S SO EASY’: HOW DID CASEY DONOVAN GET ‘CATFISHED’?
Donovan today described how the relationship ended in an interview with KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O.
“When I finally found out after a year not talking to her I called her up completely ‘off my tits’, for a lack of a better word,” she said.
“I was that angry. (I said) ‘you need to tell me. I need to know’.”
In a book excerpt published today, Donovan also told how she fell into a “vicious cycle of sex and one-night stands” following the collapse of the relationship.
She described how one date did not reach the bedroom because of an unfortunate incident with Veet hair removal cream.
“I noticed (my private parts were) red. Very red. Mean looking even,” she wrote. “When we’d finished dinner and the Italian asked me back to his place, I had to turn him down. He looked so annoyed.”
