Brad Pitt allegedly ‘choked,’ hit ‘frightened’ kids in Angelina Jolie plane fight

Explosive new claims have surfaced about Brangelina’s infamous plane fight, with allegations Brad Pitt “choked” one of his kids.

Brad Pitt allegedly “choked” one of his children with Angelina Jolie and “grabbed” his then-wife by the head in the now-infamous 2016 private plane flight, according to a countersuit obtained by Page Six.

The filing states that the Fight Club star, 58, allegedly “choked one of the children and struck another in the face” and “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her,” reports the New York Post.

“At one point, he poured beer on Jolie; at another, he poured beer and red wine on the children,” the documents also state.

Jolie, 47, allegedly tried to intervene at one point and “grabbed” her then-husband from behind to try to stop him, per the countersuit.

“To get Jolie off his back, Pitt threw himself backwards into the airplane’s seats injuring Jolie’s back and elbow,” the documents claim.

“The children rushed in and all bravely tried to protect each other. Before it was over, Pitt choked one of the children and struck another in the face. Some of the children pleaded with Pitt to stop.”

The allegations were filed as part of a legal battle over a French winery the Hollywood actors once owned together, with Jolie’s lawyers claiming that negotiations to sell her share to Pitt had failed over his demand that she sign “a nondisclosure agreement that would have contractually prohibited her from speaking outside of court about Pitt’s physical and emotional abuse of her and their children.”

In September 2016, Pitt was under investigation for alleged child abuse by the FBI over the incident.

However, the authorities did not pursue criminal charges against the award-winning actor.

Jolie’s lawyers maintain in the new countersuit that the FBI agent who investigated the allegations had “probable cause to charge Pitt with a federal crime for his conduct that day.”

The alleged dispute caused the Maleficent star to file for divorce from Pitt just days later.

The former couple — who wed in 2014 — share Maddox, 21, Pax, 18, Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 16, Vivienne, 14, and Knox, 14.

Reps for Jolie and Pitt did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
