Prince William has made a public appearance in London as rumours continue to swirl around the state of his wife’s health.
The Prince of Wales waved to fans and photographers as he visited London’s Oval cricket ground, just hours after unseen photos of Princess Catherine were released, The Sun reported.
He was all smiles as he made his way towards the pitch in celebration of an Earthshot Prize winner landing a major contract with the venue.
The contract will sees sports fans served pies and burgers in packaging made from seaweed.
Prince William didn’t mention his wife’s health battle – as she continues to recover from her abdominal surgery.
And as Princess Catherine stays out of the public eye, unseen photos of the princess were released to celebrate International Women’s Day.
The photos were posted to social media in an effort to highlight “brilliant” role models.
In a post on X, the Prince and Princess of Wales said: “Happy International Women’s Day! Celebrating the impact of amazing women today, and every day.
“Here are just a few of the brilliant women we’ve been inspired by over the past 12 months.”
It posted a number of photos of inspirational women – with royals photographed alongside them.
One showed a photo of Princess Catherine with a ball boy and girl trainer, shaking hands as they beamed in front of a net.
It read: “Sarah Goldson has directed the Wimbledon Ball Boy and Girl training since the 2012 Championships. The training helps develop life skills among young people, with 280 BBGs selected from local schools.”
In another photo of the Princess of Wales, she is seen walking through a charity store.
It read: “Bianca Sakol is the founder and CEO of Sebbys Corner, a shop-style baby bank which believes no child should go without the basic essentials they need to thrive.
“They provide a warm, welcoming environment and gives families choice and dignity to choose the items they need.”
Princess Catherine is not expected to return to public life until after Easter.
And while her recovery has been a private matter, her controversial uncle has been spilling information on Britain’s Celebrity Big Brother.
He told his fellow housemates – and the millions watching – his niece is getting “the best care in the world”.
British reality star Ekin-Su Culculoglu asked Goldsmith: “Where’s Kate?”
“Because she doesn’t want to talk about that, the last thing I’m going to do is … there’s a kind of code of etiquette,” he said.
“If it’s announced, I’ll give you an opinion.”
Ekin-Su then asked: “I’ve heard mixed things about Kate and I don’t want to make a comment, but whatever it is, do you want her to come back?”
“She’ll be back, of course she will,” Goldsmith said.
There has been rampant speculation online surrounding the royal’s whereabouts after she underwent surgery in January.
Conspiracy theories circulated after Prince William bowed out of a memorial service last week, where he was expected to give a reading.
While Kensington Palace would not comment further on Prince William’s reasoning, it would say the princess was currently “doing well”.
The royal mum-of-three was seen earlier this week for the first time since her hospital stay.
She was spotted in the passenger seat as mum Carole Middleton drove her in an Audi near Windsor Castle.
She was wearing sunglasses and appeared to be smiling slightly.
Goldsmith previously said on the show conspiracy theorists “should leave her alone right now”.
