As an array of international pop stars performed at King Charles coronation concert in Windsor, the internet swiftly geared into a meme fest.

The star-studded event saw performances from Lionel Richie and Katy Perry, Paloma Faith and Nicole Scherzinger to name a few.

But despite the momentous occasion, that didn’t stop the internet from having a laugh at the King’s expense.

The royal family may have danced the night away in the royal box as pop legend and American Idol judge Lionel Richie performed.

But many viewers say they were left disappointed by Richie as he played The Commodores’ smash Easy.

One special little royal was noticeably absent from the festivities — and the internet made sure we didn’t forget.

Prince Louis, was tucked in bed while his family was at the royal box during the show.
