Sarah ‘Fergie’ Ferguson has been welcomed back into the royal fold after her coronation snub, reuniting with ex-husband Prince Andrew for the King’s concert.

Sarah Ferguson and ex-husband Prince Andrew have reunited for the King’s Coronation Concert.

The Duchess of York, who did not receive an invite to the coronation, was welcomed back into the family fold in the royal box for the extravaganza.

She was spotted sitting next to Prince Andrew scanning the official concert program and chatting before the event.

The pair still share a home at the Royal Lodge, a 30-bed house within the Windsor estate with a nominal $470 a week rent.

Ms Ferguson confirmed in an interview last month that she wasn’t invited to the King’s coronation but would be celebrating on her own.

“I hope you have got the bunting out ready for the Coronation tomorrow. I certainly have,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a series of posts of the set up for the day alongside the Queen’s beloved corgis.

“Today I assembled a tea fit for a King which I shared with the residents at the Manor Care Home in Windsor to help them celebrate. Enjoy the weekend!”

FERGIE REACTS AFTER SNUB

Sarah Ferguson has posted a heartfelt tribute to King Charles and Queen Camilla even though she missed out on a coronation invite.

The Duchess of York shared a photo of the new newly-crowned monarchs in their carriage on her Instagram page, alongside the caption: “Sincerest congratulations to Their Majesties, the King and Queen.”

Some of her followers were quick to react with surprise as she was not invited to the event.

“I can’t believe you were not invited. I just think that was wrong,” said one Instagram user.

Similarly another said: “You should have been there both your daughters are the kings grandchildren”.

But the royal also received praise for the post, with one supporter saying: “Considering you were not invited this is very gracious of you”.

Being an ex-wife, Ms Ferguson has acknowledged she did not expect an invite to the occasion.

Leading up to the coronation, she revealed she planned to watch the pomp and pageantry from home.

She even shared what she had prepared for Muick and Sandy, the late Queen Elizabeth II’s beloved corgis, that now call Ms Ferguson’s plush London digs their home.

After the Queen’s death, the dogs went to live with Ms Ferguson and her ex-husband Prince Andrew at their residence in the Royal Lodge, Windsor.

Across the city, as King Charles and Queen Camilla headed to Westminster Abbey, their two Jack Russell terriers, Beth and Bluebell, also prepared for a new life and role in the royal residence.

Queen Elizabeth has always loved corgis, evidenced by this photo from 1951.

The rescue dogs adopted from the Battersea Dogs and Cats home, are set to move up in their station into Buckingham Palace with their new owners when a refurbishment of the palace is finished.

The two pups had been neglected and dumped and were nursed back to health by the animal charity, before winning the heart of the new Queen Camilla.

The boisterous pair have been living in Clarence House on The Mall in London with Charles and Camilla but will no doubt be just at home in the palace which has 775 rooms and sprawling gardens to roam in, when they all finally move in.

King Charles, like his mother, has always been a dog lover and previously owned a Jack Russell named Tiger who died in 2022.

Tiger was laid to rest at King Charles’ country estate Highgrove House in Gloucestershire which is surrounded by beautiful and exotic gardens.
