Jennifer Aniston has kept her private life tightly under wraps throughout her decades in the spotlight – which is why a sweet personal detail in the back of a recent selfie has delighted fans.
The Friends actress, 55, shared a picture of herself in her bedroom recently, revealing she had recently voted in the US presidential election and urging her followers to do the same.
But it was the two framed pictures in the background, sitting on top of her dressing table, that sent fans wild.
The white framed images featured her dogs, Clyde and Lord Chesterfield.

“Hi friends,” Aniston’s caption began.
“Today not only did I vote for access to health care, for reproductive freedom, for equal rights, for safe schools, and for a fair economy, but also for SANITY and HUMAN DECENCY.
“Please remember that whoever you are and wherever you live, your voice matters. Your VOTE matters.
“I know we don’t agree on everything, and that is the beauty of this country, but GOOD LORD aren’t you tired of this negativity towards each other? The intimidation and constant threats to those who do not think the same as the other?
“Let’s please end this era of fear, chaos and the attacks on our democracy – and vote for someone who will unite us and not continue to threaten to divide us
“I very proudly voted for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.
“We are so lucky we get to VOTE and this election is in our hands! We only have one week until Election Day so talk to your friends, your family, your neighbours and let’s find our way back to each other with respect, common cause, and LOVE.”
The Morning Show star’s selfie was taken from within her 10,186-square-foot, midcentury modern mansion in Bel-Air, which is worth an estimated $45 million.

Aniston’s fur-baby reveal comes after she gave a rare, candid interview with Allure, in which she revealed her long-term desire to have children despite media reports claiming her 2005 marriage breakdown with Brad Pitt was because she didn’t want kids, and that she had prioritised her career over becoming a mother.
During “all the years of [media] speculation,” the actress was “going through IVF [and] drinking Chinese teas.”
“I was throwing everything at it. I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favour.’ You just don’t think it,” she said at the time.
“So here I am today. The ship has sailed.”
Aniston, who clarified she was trying to get pregnant several years ago, went on to say she had “zero regrets” and now “actually feel[s] a little relief.”
“There is no more, ‘Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.’ I don’t have to think about that anymore,” she explained.
Aniston was married to Pitt from 2000 to 2005, and Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2017.
