Deborra-Lee Furness has filed for divorce from Hugh Jackman nearly two years after they announced their split.
The Australian actress reportedly submitted the paperwork in New York on May 23 after the pair reached an agreement behind the scenes.
“A settlement was reached that Deborra is pleased with, which includes a handsome spousal support payment,” a source told the Daily Mail.
“There was some back and forth regarding this financial agreement but, in the end, [Deborra] got what she believed she deserved. Both are coming out of this financially secure.”
The insider added that Furness, 69, got the “closure she needed.” The next step is for a judge to sign off.
A separate source confirmed the divorce is uncontested, meaning both parties are agreeing to the terms.

“They have worked out the details in advance and everything is ironed out in terms of a settlement, alimony and the expenses for the future of their children,” the insider said.
“They are amicable and they are both fully committed to being the best parents that they can be.”
Reps for Furness and Jackman did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The news comes months after the exes — who share two adopted kids: son Oscar, 25, and daughter Ava, 19 — were reportedly struggling to see eye-to-eye on how to divide their $US250 million fortune.
In March, an insider told the Daily Mail that Furness, 69, was holding up their divorce as she felt “entitled to more money than” Jackman, 56, was offering at the time.

The two announced their separation in September 2023 after 27 years of marriage.
“We have been blessed to share almost three decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage,” the former couple said in a joint statement at the time.
“Our journey now is shifting, and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth.”
At the time of the announcement, a source told Page Six the split had been a long time coming and that those close to the couple were already aware of the break-up.
Around the same time, rumours began circulating that Jackman had engaged in an extramarital affair with his Music Man co-star Sutton Foster.
Sources told us that they formed a connection while starring together in the Broadway show — which ran from December 2021 to January 2023.
“They are 100 percent together and are in love and want to spend the rest of their lives together,” one insider said.
Foster, 50, meanwhile, filed to divorce her second husband, Ted Griffin, in October 2024 after a decade of marriage, Page Six exclusively revealed.
In March, Furness was said to be “rebuilding her life and taking a vacation to Bhutan” for a fresh start after Jackman’s alleged betrayal.
A source told Us Weekly, “She’s relied on a strong support system of female friends. She also spends time with other women who’ve been through similar situations who offer her unwavering support.”
