Music superstar Madonna has hinted that she could be engaged to a toyboy boyfriend half her age after proudly flaunting a huge diamond ring.

Music superstar Madonna has hinted that she could be engaged to her 28-year-old toyboy boyfriend after proudly flaunting a huge diamond ring.

The 66-year-old admitted she is ready for “more love” as she showed off her left hand in a carousel of images posted on Instagram featuring her Jamican-born boyfriend, Akeem Morris.

In her caption, the star gave thanks as she reflected on her year.

She wrote: “I have been to hell and back and let me tell you it was wonderful! I saw this phrase At a Louise Bourgeois exhibition in Tokyo on New Year’s Eve. She took the words right out of my mouth.

“To be a Mother and an Artist — equal parts joy, and suffering. I can’t imagine living any other life.

“Here’s to more love — to happy children, to magical thinking — to good health and eternal blessings.

“I give thanks and praise to anyone being brave - in this life and all the others. In 2025 I raise a glass to anyone who has the courage to be their authentic selves.

Madonna’s fans were quick to weigh in on the possible engagement, excitedly posting comments.

“Wait a sec...are you engaged now?” asked one person.

“Yeeees queen,” wrote another.

Morris, a former soccer player who hails from Jamaica and attended university in New York, was first linked to the star in August 2022 when he was part of her cover shoot for Paper Magazine

He now spends his time between Brooklyn and Jamaica and has been spotted on overseas trips with Madonna to Europe.

Madonna and Morris have never officially confirmed their romance, but have regularly posted photos of each other on social media.

In August 2024, the pair holidayed in Italy with the star’s six children, Lourdes Leon, 27, Rocco Ritchie, 24, David Banda, 19, Mercy James, 18, and twins Stella and Estere, 12.

Madonna was previously married to Oscar-winning actor Sean Penn and British director Guy Ritchie.

Despite being on seemingly good terms with Penn, she stated in a 2022 YouTube video that she had “regretted getting married, both times.”
