Former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau has been spotted at Katy Perry’s concert just days after images surfaced showing them on a dinner date in Montreal.
Social media posts showed Trudeau watching Perry’s July 30 show in Montreal with his daughter Ella-Grace, 16, by his side.
The 53-year-old looked enamoured, smitten at times, with video even showing him mouthing along the lyrics to her song Dark Horse.
It comes after images of the pair dining together sparked rumours they are an item following Perry’s split from Orlando Bloom.
The duo were spotted at the fine-dining restaurant Quebecois in Montreal, where they enjoyed an intimate dinner for two.
In footage obtained by TMZ, pop star Perry and Trudeau appeared deep in conversation while their security guards monitored them discreetly from the bar.
The dinner came amid Perry’s visit to the Canadian city for her ongoing Lifetimes Tour, and just weeks after she announced her split from Bloom, the father of her toddler daughter, Daisy.
Trudeau and Sophie Gregoire, who wed in 2005 and share three children, announced their separation after 18 years of marriage in August 2023.
If the romance rumours are true, Perry and Trudeau will join the growing number of A-listers who are finding new love.

Meanwhile, Northern Irish actor Liam Neeson is believed to be dating Pamela Anderson after they showed signs of undeniable chemistry on the red carpet while promoting The Naked Gun.
Their “budding romance (is) in the early stages,” a source told People.
An insider claimed that Anderson and Neeson are “enjoying each other’s company,” noting, “It’s sincere, and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other.”
Adding fuel to the fire, Anderson and Neeson have even pretended to kiss passionately on live TV.
While teasing their appearance on America’s Today show, they appeared kiss before their interview.
“Are they making out?” the hosts asked off camera.
During the segment, Craig Melvin pushed for answers about their relationship.
“What’s the deal here? You’re both single right now. There’s clearly chemistry. Are you two an item?” he asked, to which they both played coy.
What?!” I don’t understand the question,” Anderson replied.
Neeson acknowledged their undeniable chemistry.
“I had never met Pamela before. We met on set. And we discovered we had a lovely budding chemistry as two actors,” he said.
“It was like ‘Ooh, this is nice, let’s not mould this. Let’s just let it breathe.’ And that’s what we did.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Neeson said, “It’s great to be with this lady. Every day’s a joy.”
If they are an item, the romance would be Neeson’s first big public love since the tragic death of his wife Natasha Richardson, who died following a skiing accident in 2009.
