Jackie ‘O’ Henderson’s close friend and rumoured ‘toy boy’ ex announces engagement to his girlfriend after just five months of dating.

The close friend and rumoured toy boy ex of Jackie “O” Henderson announced his engagement over the weekend after just five months of dating.

Jack Tyerman, a 30-year-old male model and Sydney-based tradie, revealed on Instagram that he popped the question to girlfriend Asha Dillon after a whirlwind romance.

In the post shared on both their accounts, the proud couple marked the occasion by sharing photos of them kissing and embracing with the diamond sparkler in full view.

“The last name I’ve always wanted,” the bride-to-be wrote alongside a heart and ring emoji.

Just five days ago, Tyerman gushed about the nutritionist on the social media platform as he posted a cosy photo of them on Christmas Eve.

“Have you heard I’m in love?” he captioned the loved-up pic.

Tyerman was first linked to Henderson back in August 2023 when photos emerged of the pair on what appeared to be a date night at the KIIS FM host’s swanky home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

After the rumour mill went into overdrive, Henderson addressed their relationship on-air on The Kyle & Jackie O Show at the time, insisting they are “just friends”.

“No, Jack is not my boyfriend. We’re not in a relationship. He is not my boy toy,” she told co-host Kyle Sandilands.

“Jack is a good friend of mine. I know him through a friend of ours. We didn’t meet on a dating app or anything like that.”

However, just one week prior, she hinted at the romance when asked by the Daily Mail on the red carpet at the TV Week Logie Awards whether she was dating anyone.

“I’ll just say maybe,” she said, while confirming the mystery partner wouldn’t be joining her at the event.

Henderson and Tyerman were spotted together again in May this year arriving for a dinner date at popular Sydney restaurant Hubert’s. The tradie was even seen opening the door for Henderson.

“We went together to the restaurant and I didn’t want to drive and told him to drive [my car],” she tried to explain on her radio program days later, adding that Tyerman lived close by.

“He is cute but no there is nothing going on... We went out with his sister and her husband. Just catching up.”

Two months, later Tyerman began dating Dillon, who hard-launched their relationship on Instagram.

“Honey,” she captioned a carousel of photos of them enjoying a Sydney staycation in July.
