Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted getting close to a woman older than 26, setting tongues wagging in Hollywood.

Could it be? Has Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio finally broken his infamous golden rule?

The Titanic actor, 49, is known for his wild reputation when it comes to dumping love interests the moment they become “too old”.

His insatiable need to put women out to pasture the moment the clock strikes midnight on their 26th birthday has been joked about numerous times, most notably by Tina Fey and Amy Poler during their Golden Globes opening.

However, it seems like DiCaprio might finally have exhausted the dating pool of celebrity women under 26.

On Sunday, he reportedly spent the evening with actress and singer Teyana Taylor, 33, at a party.

The pair were said to have flirted at a New York bash until the early hours before leaving together.

A source told US gossip websitePage Six: “They were dancing very closely. They hung out the whole night and were pretty much in a corner together.”

The duo were said to have left The Stafford Room nightclub together at 3am.

However, despite leaving together, the insider insisted the pair were never seen getting physical, so perhaps DiCaprio was just making sure an “elderly woman” got home safe.

The Hollywood star’s flirting may come as a surprise to his girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, 25, who he has been dating since May 2023.

Especially because the pair had been seen going for sushi just hours before DiCaprio decided to snuggle up to a 33-year-old.

Taylor, who was hosting the party in Manhattan, is best known for roles in the 2023 White Men Can’t Jump remake and 2021’s Coming 2 America.

She is next set to play singer Dionne Warwick in a biopic.

DiCaprio’s notorious reputation is well known. His longest relationships included five years with model Gisele Bündchen, model Bar Refaeli and then four with actress Camila Morrone. All three were unceremoniously cast aside when they turned 25.

Others the Oscar winner has dated briefly include Erin Heatherton when she was 22, Kelly Rohrbach, 25, Toni Garrn, 21 and Nina Agdal, 25.

In recent years it has even become such a pop culture joke.

Earlier this year, when pop singer Sabrina Carpenter turned 25 this year, her birthday cake was adorned with a DiCaprio meme.

“No, don’t turn 25. You’re so sexy,” it read.
