Britney Spears’ breaks silence after divorce filing in bizarre rant

Britney Spears was seen without her wedding ring after breaking cover for the first time since husband Sam Asghari filed for divorce over cheating claims.

A horse is a horse, of course, of course, unless that horse is being ridden by Britney Spears and then it’s a bizarre post about finding her sweet spot after splitting from husband, Sam Asghari.

In her first post since news of the impending divorce became public, Spears went on an emoji-ridden tangent about buying a horse and joining the pink cowboy hat club.

It comes as the 41-year-old I’m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman singer was seen without her wedding ring while driving through Los Angeles amid claims she cheated on her 29-year-old husband.

“Buying a horse soon !!! So many options it’s kinda hard !!!” she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of herself riding a horse on a beach.

“A horse called Sophie and another called Roar ??? I can’t make up my mind!!! Should I join the camaraderie and put a pink cowboy hat on ??? Either way I think I found my sweet spot with Roar !!!

In his divorce filing on Wednesday, Asghari listed July 28 as the official date of separation, as first reported by TMZ. The timing sheds new light on the singer’s erratic Instagram history from late July, when she spoke about praying “bold prayers” and posted images of mystery men.

Spears hired divorce lawyer to the stars, Laura Wasser, who has represented Kim Kardashian, Kevin Costner and Johnny Depp, as Asghari is allegedly seeking to change the terms of the pair’s prenuptial agreement to receive spousal support, according to The New York Post.

“[Asghari] is attempting to negotiate concessions beyond his prenup and threatening to go public with extraordinarily embarrassing information about Britney unless he gets paid,” an insider told the outlet.

that Asghari saw video footage of Britney cheating on him with a staff member.

They also claimed that Spears gave Asghari a black eye during a violent attack while he was sleeping.

The pair allegedly had several fights where security had to step in, according to the insider. On one occasion while he was sleeping, the source claimed that Asghari was “stunned” as he woke up to Spears allegedly laying into him after she “flew off the handle”.

The alleged incident occurred around the time Asghari was spotted with an apparent black eye and bite marks on his arm earlier this year, the source claimed.

Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline, meanwhile, sent wished the best for the couple whether they separate or reunite.

“He just hopes that they work it out,” the DJ’s longtime lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told NewsNation.

“The media is a heavy focus on this one and he just hopes that everything works out for the best, whether that’s being together or not being together.”

WHAT WENT WRONG

Britney Spears’ husband, Sam Asghari, has filed for divorce just hours after news of their split emerged.

According to TMZ, Asghari cited “irreconcilable differences” and is also asking for the superstar to pay spousal support and his legal fees.

Asghari’s lawyer, Neal Hersh, hinted in court documents that the fitness trainer could contest his prenuptial agreement with Spears, the New York Post reports.

As the battle gears up, Spears has hired powerhouse divorce lawyer Laura Wasser.

It came after the shock news that the pair had separated after 14 months of marriage amid claims Asghari confronted Spears over cheating allegations.

The 41-year-old pop superstar and her husband went their separate ways after a “nuclear argument” over the infidelity claims, TMZ reports.

“Sam confronted Britney over rumours she stepped out on him,” a source told TMZ.

“We do not know if the (cheating) rumour has any basis in fact, but we’re told Sam believed it and the two had a huge fight.”

According to TMZ, Asghari, 29, moved out of the pair’s mansion and is now living on his own. “It’s only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce,” the source told TMZ.

It is not the first time that the pair’s tumultuous relationship has made the headlines.

According to a report in TMZ last May, explosive fights were the norm in the pair’s volatile marriage, with Spears at times getting “physical” with her husband.

Multiple sources said at the time that the couple’s marriage was in “deep trouble” and that the pair’s frequent screaming arguments were so bad that security often had to intervene.

TMZ previously reported that Spears often stayed awake for up to three days at a time due to her huge consumption of caffeinated energy drinks.

Spears responded to the caffeine claims on social media, saying that for years she was denied coffee, under her conservatorship, and she liked to do “what makes me feel most alive and gives me interest”.

The pair married just over a year ago in June 2022 in a lavish ceremony at Spears’ home in Thousand Oaks.

Britney’s estranged family, including her parents Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears, were not invited to the ceremony, which came after the star’s controversial conservatorship was terminated.

The rules of the 13-year conservatorship, a form of legal guardianship, meant that many aspects of Spears’ finances and personal life were controlled by her father.

Instead, Spears celebrated her big day with a string of A-list stars including Paris Hilton, Madonna, Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore.

The marriage came shortly after Spears suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage, which she confirmed with a heartbreaking statement on social media.

The rumoured split reveal comes just days after Spears posted a concerning and raunchy video with her Instagram fans after buying a new stripper pole.

The Toxic singer showed off her pole skills while Nine Inch Nails’ disturbing X-rated song Closer played in the background.

Spears and Asghari met while working on a music video in 2016, and became engaged in 2021.

The star was previously married to Jason Alexander in 2004, although the Las Vegas quickie marriage was annulled within a year.

She then went on to marry dancer Kevin Federline in 2004, and they welcomed two sons Sean and Jayden, before splitting in 2007.
