Rebel Wilson rushed to hospital after stunt goes wrong on the set of movie Bride Hard

Aussie star Rebel Wilson took to social media to reveal her hospital visit after a nasty accident on the set of her latest film.

Hollywood star Rebel Wilson was rushed to hospital after a movie stunt went horribly wrong and left her with a bloodied face and needing stitches.

The Australian A-list actress, 43, revealed she suffered a number of injuries on Thursday while filming the upcoming comedy, Bride Hard.

Wilson took to Instagram stories to share a photo of her bloodied nose and told fans that the accident took place on the film set at 4am during a night shoot in Savannah, Georgia.

The Bridesmaids star captioned the post: “NOT the way I wanted to end this movie. Three stitches and in hospital last night after a stunt accident at 4am.”

The post also came with a crying emoji and the picture showed the mum of one with a swollen nose.

According to International Movie Database, Bride Hard is about a lavish wedding that is taken hostage by a mercenary group who are surprised when it is revealed the Maid of Honour is actually a secret agent.

REBEL REVEALS HOPES FOR SECOND CHILD

It comes as Wilson revealed she is considering adding another child to her family and may undergo IVF treatments to achieve her dream.

The 43-year-old Australian star, who welcomed her daughter Royce Lillian via surrogate last November, told E! News she was keen to give her child a sibling.

“I would like to have another child,” she said, while admitting she may opt for treatment.

“It’s just like, well, is that possible? I have to do IVF. We’ll see how it goes,” she said.

The actor said she was happy to be a mother regardless of the size of her family, calling her daughter a “miracle”.

“Royce is such a miracle. And if she’s my only child, then amazing,” she remarked.

The much-loved star shares her daughter with her partner Ramona Agruma and they announced their engagement last February.

Wilson said her adorable daughter had changed her life in unexpected ways.

“I thought I was going to be a strict parent. And everyone’s like, ‘No, no,’ I’m, like, so soft. Because I just melt every time I’m with her.”

She told of the joy she felt when her child wakes from a nap.

“The look Royce gives me and I give her, it’s like we’ve only maybe not seen each other for 45 minutes,” she said.

“And she’s smiling like it’s the best thing that’s happened in her life that you’ve walked into the room. And then I’m like, ‘Oh, Roycie!’ And I just give her the biggest hugs.”

The Pitch Perfect actress conceded that “all mothers probably get so amazed by the little things their kids do.”
