Kai Schreiber has joined the growing list of celebrity kids that look just like their famous parents

Photos have emerged of one of Australia’s most successful actors offspring and they look just like their famous mum.

Kai Schreiber has joined the growing list of celebrity kids that look just like their famous parents.

Kai, 15, is the child of Aussie Hollywood actor Naomi Watts and American actor Liev Schreiber.

The teenager is the spitting image of their famous mum and has inherited Naomi’s signature blonde hair, flawless complexion and blue eyes.

The kid is in good company; Suri Cruise, 17, famously looks just like her mum Katie Holmes and Nicole Richie’s daughter Harlow, 16, looks just like her famous mum.

Naomi, 55, stepped out with Kai for a Dior event held in New York City and looked gorgeous in a white flowy dress for the event, and Kai wore a matching Dior skirt and jumper.

Kai is the unusual position where both their parents are insanely famous.

Naomi, of course, broke through to America mainstream with big roles in the horror remake The Ring and for her role in the action classic King Kong.

Meanwhile, Levi’s enjoyed recent big career success since appearing in the HBO series Ray Donovan, but he has had a varied and respected career. He even won a Tony in 2005 for his acting in the play Glengarry Glen Ross.

When the two got together, they were instantly seen as a super cool New York City power couple. Still, they called it quits in 2016 after being together for over a decade, and the former couple had two children together, Kai and their brother Sasha.

The two have managed to keep things amicable, though. In an interview on the US version of Today in 2018, Schreiber said that divorce was “hard” but that they’d always be partnered.

“It’s always hard, you know? You build a life with someone and things change. And I think the way that we’ve looked at it is that we’ll always be partners with these kids,” he said.

Naomi has always kept things pretty private but occasionally shares moments from her private life on Instagram with her 1.9 million followers.

In 2023, she posted a sweet tribute on social media to Kai’s 14th birthday and called her child her “sweet little angel.”

“You are everything to me. I’m so lucky to be your mum. Keep dancing and showing the world your dynamic and glorious spirit,” she wrote.

Similarly, when her son Sasha turned 16, she also acknowledged his birthday on Instagram with a cute shout-out.

“Happy 16th to my darling boy. I cannot believe how fast this happened! I’m beyond proud of the young man you’ve become, with the most wonderful spirit, fantastic sense of humour, and kind, compassionate soul,” she wrote.

Naomi also added that she was so “lucky” to be his mum and appreciated that he still held her hand sometimes.

“You blow me away,” she shared.
