Johnny Depp’s son Jack, 22, revealed to be working regular job in Paris: ‘Good employee’

The son of Johnny Depp has been quietly working a regular job in Paris despite his famous father being worth $240 million.

Despite his dad being famous and worth a cool $235 million, there’s no nepo baby here.

It has been revealed that the son of Johnny Depp has been working as a bartender at a Lebanese restaurant in Paris.

According to a report by the Daily Mail, 22-year-old Jack Depp has been quietly working as a bartender and kitchenhand at a restaurant called L’Area in the French capital’s trendy Bastille quarter.

Owner Edouard Chueke told the outlet that Jack had been working at L’Area for the past two years. Although he stepped away recently to take a break, the young staffer is expected to return next year.

“Jack is a great guy. He keeps out of the limelight, but worked here behind the bar and in the kitchen,” Chueke said.

“He was a good employee, he left a few months ago, but I expect him back later next year. Good staff are hard to find.”

Jack’s boss Edouard Chueke says the 22-year-old is a “good employee”.

The owner added that his restaurant is “very popular with the fashion and music crowd”, with Jack’s French mum Vanessa Paradis and actress sister Lily-Rose Depp considered “regulars” at the restaurant.

Lily-Rose has even been seeing helping out behind the bar in a video shared on the restaurant’s official Instagram page.

“Lily was mixing caipirinhas behind the bar and really getting into the swing of it, she was enjoying herself,” Chueke said of the actress, who recently starred in the controversial HBO series The Idol, which airs locally on BINGE.

Unlike his famous sister, Jack prefers to lead a quieter life with his model mother in France. In a previous interview with Belgium’s Weekend Knack magazine, Vanessa said it was a conscious decision to raise her children in Neuilly-sur-Seine, near her French hometown.

“For my children I secretly choose France. Even though Los Angeles is great too,” she said in 2007 interview. “Only, in the south of France you can live much more anonymously. And that’s a bliss, especially when the children are still young.”

Lily-Rose has always been close to her brother, gushing about him being “the coolest person ever” while promoting her new vampire horror film Nosferatu.

“This one in particular was big for me, because my brother and I both were super obsessed with Dracula when we were younger. Lily-Rose told Interview magazine earlier this month.

“I was like, ‘Wow, if I get this part my brother’s going to finally think I’m cool,’” she explained. “It’s the classic thing of when you have a younger sibling, they think you’re so cool when you’re kids, and then when you get older, now I think he’s so cool, and I’m like, ‘Let’s hang!’ And he’s like, ‘I’m busy.’ But yeah, I think I got some points with this one.”
