Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Christopher, 25, shows off fit physique after major weight loss

The A-list star’s son, 25, has showed off his fit new physique after undergoing a major health and fitness overhaul.

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

Christopher Schwarzenegger, the youngest son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, is putting in the work to maintain a muscular physique like his bodybuilding legend dad.

The 25-year-old was spotted leaving a gym in Los Angeles on Tuesday – and appeared much slimmer than he did just a few years ago, reports Page Six.

Christopher looked nearly unrecognisable in a white T-shirt, navy sweatpants and New Balance sneakers. His dark blonde hair was styled in a mullet and he also sported a beard.

The Terminator star’s son first revealed his impressive transformation in September 2022.

He arrived at brother Patrick Schwarzenegger’s 29th birthday celebration in Malibu at the time, wearing a grey T-shirt, blue slacks and his hair styled slightly grown out.

Christopher’s trimmer bod at that event turned heads since he had previously struggled with weight issues.

In 2020, he was photographed shirtless at the beach and appeared much heavier.

However, the following year, older brother Patrick gave him a birthday shoutout on Instagram and praised him for committing to a healthier lifestyle.

“Happy birthday C1 @c1lotsoffun,” the Midnight Sun star captioned a slide show of pics with his sibling.

“Proud of you. New job. Crushing in the gym. Whole new person. Can’t wait to see what this year brings.”

Arnold shares Christopher, Patrick and daughters Katherine, 33, and Christina, 32, with ex-wife Shriver. He also is dad to son Joseph Baena from an extramarital relationship with his former housekeeper.

Baena, who is the same age as his half-brother Christopher, also has a passion for lifting weights.

He often posts pictures of himself on social media working out, although it’s unlikely that he ever hits the gym with Christopher.

Page Six exclusively learned in May that while the fitness model-turned-actor is “very close” with Arnold, his half-siblings allegedly “don’t love” him.

An insider claimed at the time, “It’s a shame as he’s a really good kid, and Arnold has always treated him like all his other kids — very fairly. But for whatever reason, the other kids take [the affair] out on Joe.”
