A NEW Zealand woman threatened to slit the throat of a Brooklyn Harry Potter expert who wrote a best-selling book on the series.

Jessica Elizabeth Parker hoped to alternately bed and kill Harry, a History author and Potter expert Melissa Anelli after Parker was banned from Anelli’s popular Web site over violent messages posted about actress Emma Watson.

"As long as you refuse to deal with me, I’ll remain being that little demon on your shoulder," Parker wrote to Anelli in March. "I can’t be denied forever, you will give yourself to me in bed one day. Else I will return to your home and flay you alive. Your soulmate."

The wack job has terrorised Anelli for five years - and even got a tattoo of Anelli’s face, according to the filing.

"It’s awful what she’s done to me," the exasperated author told The New York Post yesterday. "There is no structure in place to help you when someone overseas stalks you."

It’s unclear if Parker - whose Facebook page is littered with bizarre drawings of her obsession - has been arrested or if she’s still in New Zealand.
