Blake Lively’s rare public outing amid fourth pregnancy
The actress has avoided the public eye amid news of her fourth pregnancy, but she’s showed off her growing baby bump on the red carpet in a stunning gown.

Blake Lively has stayed out of the public spotlight since announcing her pregnancy in September.
But in a rare outing as she prepares to welcome her fourth child, the 35-year-old US actress joined husband Ryan Reynolds, 46, for a special event at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on Friday night.
The Deadpool actor was this year’s honoree at the 36th American Cinematheque Awards, an initiative which celebrates those who have contributed greatly to the arts.
Lively and Reynolds, who were married in 2012 and share three daughters together, posed on the red carpet prior to the ceremony, where Lively’s growing baby bump was on display.

The Gossip Girl star wore a flowing metallic-printed brown gown for the occasion, while Reynolds looked dapper in a black suit.
Lively also gave an emotional speech onstage to pay tribute to Reynolds, who is the first Canadian to win the award.
“[His] heart, his philanthropy, his humour, his integrity, his unmatched work ethic,” Lively began.
“So many of those stunning qualities comes from his homeland, Canada, and giving back to the country that gave him his life is critical to who he is as a person.”
Reynolds’ Canadian heritage and love of “home” was a running theme in Lively’s speech, as she talked about how – when he was trying to break it into acting – he used to drive from auditions in LA back to his country every weekend.
“Now I am his home, and his girls are his home, and just like that 19-year-old boy, he races home, whether it’s from across the globe or a meeting across the street; he is hardwired to get home,” Lively said.
“If he came home from set not in his wardrobe we would be very concerned — soaked in mud, fake blood, real blood, prosthetic scars, superhero suits, tap shoes or clown makeup, Daddy always comes home.
“That man races back to his real life like nothing I have ever seen, especially not by someone who is able to be so all-in in his work life. He’s able to somehow be everything to everyone all at once; he is the most present person you will ever meet. And yes he creates magic in his work, but man oh man does he create magic in his real life.”
While accepting the honour, Reynolds responded in true Reynolds style.
“Anyone who knows me knows how much I love an evening devoted entirely to me,” Reynolds joked.
It is not known when the couple’s fourth child is due. They are currently parents to James, 7, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3.
The outing comes after Lively hit out at paparazzi for staking out outside her home to get a photo of her following her pregnancy announcement in September.
Lively posted numerous shots of her bump on Instagram, writing, “Here are photos of me pregnant in real life so the 11 guys waiting outside my home for a sighting will leave me alone.
“You freak me and my kids out. Thanks to everyone else for all the love and respect and for continuing to unfollow accounts and publications who share photos of children.
“You have all the power against them. And thank you to the media who have a ‘No Kids Policy’. You all make all the difference.”
