Bikie strongman Toby Mitchell is set to make his TV debut in a glitzy cosmetic surgery show.
Ads for the Cosmetic Surgery Show include Mitchell and his close mate, former Richmond footballer and tattoo parlour operator Jake King.
Celebrity surgeon Daniel Lanzer hosts the show, which 7Plus publicity promises will feature he and his team performing “incredible procedures” on 20 patients.
Dr Lanzer confirmed Mitchell would be on the show in coming weeks but did not want to elaborate further until he had spoken to the feared former Bandido.
He did not call back.
It is not clear what, if any, work Mitchell has had done for the program.
Others who will be featured include ex-footballer Warwick Capper, swimming great Tracey Wickham and boxer Lester Ellis.
Mitchell has been on television plenty of times over the years but most of those appearances have been after he was shot, arrested or keeping a court date.
Last month, he was arrested and released without charged in part of a sweeping series of police raids on members of the Mongols motorcycle club.

Dr Lanzer’s website described him as an expert surgeon with decades of experience in cosmetic surgery and as a leading laser and liposuction surgeon.
“Dr Lanzer has performed thousands of Body, Breast & Mini Face Lift procedures and is trained in the most modern techniques,” the website says.
Those who have seen Mitchell in recent times say he looks in fine fettle, despite being shot twice and almost dying after one of the attacks.
He lost a kidney, gallbladder and three-quarters of his liver in an infamous 2011 ambush outside the Brunswick headquarters of the Bandidos.
