MTV Awards host Tiffany Haddish hilariously roasts Kardashians

MTV Movie Awards host Tiffany Haddish ragged on the Kardashians and flirted with some of Hollywood’s most handsome men in a rapid-fire opening monologue.

COMEDIAN Tiffany Haddish roasted some of Hollywood’s biggest names in a brief but hilarious monologue to open the 2018 MTV TV and Movie Awards.

Gesturing to the Kardashian clan, including Kim and mother Kris Jenner who were seated in the audience, Haddish told viewers that “the family is basically the Star Wars franchise. They make a ton of money, a new one’s always popping up, and they’re ruled by a bossy overlord who sleeps in a mask and she love black men.”

Both Kim and Kris appeared to enjoy the joke.

Haddish noted that she is the first black woman to host the MTV Awards, and took the opportunity to flirt with many of the A-list men in the audience.

“Seth Rogen is here. I like you Seth. You’re my favourite bearded white man since Abraham Lincoln,” she told the Knocked Up star.

“I’m glad this show covers TV and movies, because now I can flirt with Chris Pratt from Parks & Rec AND Chris Pratt from Guardians of the Galaxy,” she said as Pratt winked for the cameras.

Performing a Cardi B-inspired rap to open the show, Haddish gestured to impossibly handsome Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan, who smouldered for the cameras from his seat in the audience. When the camera returned to Haddish, she was pregnant, a big belly under her tight-fitting dress. She declared it an Immaculate Conception, impregnated just by looking at Jordan.

“I’ve gotta wrap this up … the last time a black girl spoke this long on MTV she was being catfished,” she quipped as she finished the monologue.
