AUSTRALIA’S television stars have gathered for the industry’s biggest night — the 2016 TV Week Logie Awards.

The ceremony is up and running after an opening monologue by comedian Dave Hughes which had the audience in stitches. Stars braved Melbourne’s drizzly weather to grace the red carpet at Crown before the ceremony. All eyes will be on The Project’s Carrie Bickmore, who is again in the running for a Gold Logie.
