The anxious wait is finally over for the class of 2025, with VCE results released from 7am Thursday.
Check out how your school performed and who the top achieving students were.
We’ll be updating this list throughout the day.
Ballarat Christian College
Jade Meyer received the highest ATAR among students at Ballarat Christian College.
Jade completed English, Literature, General Maths, History and Ancient History in Year 12 while also working part time.
His advice to students heading into VCE next year is to “get ahead while you can”.
“It may seem a tad over exhaustive to try and get ahead in your studies during the first few weeks of schooling but it will allow for flexibility when you need it later.
“Still do the things you enjoy. Don’t sacrifice your enjoyment or interest for school but figure out a way to use them.”
Next year Jade will start his double degree of Arts and Laws at ACU in Melbourne.
Kate O’Neill was awarded Ballarat Christian College’s Vocational Major award.
She studied Biology, Foundation maths, VM Personal Development, VM work related studies, VM Literacy and Christian Living.
She said her plan post study was to “obtain a Certificate III in Wildlife and Exhibited Animals”, with the aim of working at a zoo or wildlife park.
Nossal High School
Pawan Cooray’s 99.9 ATAR has earned him the title of Dux at Nossal High School.
The 18-year-old is keen to pursue a career in medicine and is hoping to further his studies at Monash University or interstate in New South Wales.
Pawan studied Physics, Maths Methods, Specialist Maths, Chemistry and English Language this year, and studied Year 12 Biology last year.
“I was hoping for an ATAR of around 99.7 so I’m very happy. I didn’t get much sleep last night,” he said.
“I put a lot of pressure on myself to do my best, and my tip for other students is to have a clear, realistic goal that you will do anything to achieve.”
“I thank all my teachers and I’m really grateful for the work they put in to support me at school and after school this year.”
“And I’m also very grateful for the support I’ve received from my parents Sanjeeva and Chandi.”
Pawan said his highlights for the year was spending time with friends and competing in basketball and soccer.
He’s already looking forward to the 2026 Fifa World Cup and is hoping Argentina can win back-to-back trophies with his favourite player Lionel Messi at the helm.
Heathdale Christian College
Heathdale Christian College’s Dux of 2025 Adeline Simon achieved an ATAR of 98.85 -achieved the double accomplishment of being a College Captain, too.
Looking back on the year, Adeline said her success reflects the whole community, “teachers who made time for me, friends and co captains who stood alongside me – and the peace I prayed for each night.”
Deborah Letcher, Principal of Secondary, said Adeline has always been curious from an early age, and her peers and teachers value her humility and kindness.
This year also saw the first graduating class from Heathdale’s second campus in Melton. “Their legacy as pioneers will be one of great leadership,” said Iain Belot, Principal of Melton campus, “showing the way for students to follow.”
“We are immensely proud of all our students,” said Ross Grace, Executive Principal. “Their commitment to use every opportunity to grow will hold them in good stead as they continue their learning journey.”
Brighton Grammar School
Brighton Grammar School’s 2025 dux Charlie Sabin received a perfect ATAR of 99.95.
Charlie, who was also school captain, earned a perfect study score of 50 in literature.
“This year’s academic, sporting, and co-curricular successes are a tribute to the school’s culture and sense of grit, our drive to show up every day not for the end goals, but for the pursuit, the challenge, and the camaraderie,” Charlie said.
He expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Brighton Grammar community for its unwavering support.
A talented actor, musician, vocalist and hockey player, Charlie combined academic excellence with a growth mindset, balance and humility.
Headmaster Ross Featherston extended his best wishes to the graduating cohort:
“As they leave Brighton Grammar, our 174 graduates do so as young men of character – prepared and ready to make a positive contribution to the world. We look forward to welcoming them back as members of our Old Brighton Grammarians Society, and through our coaching, mentoring and past scholars’ programs.”
Sandringham College
Kessler Pellas received the highest ATAR among students at Sandringham College with a score of 99.85.
He achieved perfect 50 study scores in English and English Literature.
The school’s Dux Proximus was Bettina Cuic with an ATAR of 99.
Principal Amy Porter said it was interesting Kessler completed humanities subjects while Bettina’s focus was maths and sciences.
She said she believed the results showed students were able to do a huge variety of subjects that they were passionate about.
The school’s median ATAR was 77.15 with 23 students achieving above 90 and there were four perfect study scores of 50 achieved.
Ms Porter said she was equally as proud of the VCE VM and VPC students who all finished their qualifications well before the due date and successfully.
St Kevin’s College
William Park was the Dux of St Kevins College with a perfect score of 99.95
St Albans Secondary School
Richard Vom achieved the highest ATAR at St Albans Secondary College with a score of 98.5.
St Johns College Preston
Hussein Albonajem was the College Dux at St John’s College in Preston with an ATAR of 93.4
Mount Waverley Secondary College
Mount Waverley Secondary College’s Dux for 2025 is Jadon Tu who has scored 99.85.
Jadon said it was a relief to finally know he wouldn’t have to worry about ATAR ever again.
“I got higher results than expected in every subject, so I could not be more overjoyed!” he said.
“I would like to thank all my teachers this year for all the support they’ve given. I also could not have done it without my parents and sister, who have supported me.”
Principal in Charge of Senior School Lauren Kelly says Jadon was Dux in all of his years with the school.
“This cohort began its Year 7 and 8 journey during Covid so should be very proud of their achievements. It’s also a definite improvement on last year’s score,” Ms Kelly said.
The school received a median score of 77.
Geelong High School
Mattias Aidt achieved dux of Geelong High with a near perfect ATAR of 99.8.
Principal Mr Reid said the school was “very happy for him”.
“Matt’s a great kid, he’s always been about supporting others and making sure others succeed too,” he said.
“So happy for him.”
Lavalla Catholic College
Isabel Ford has duxed Lavalla Catholic College in Traralgon. Isabel received an ATAR of 98.3, topping her cohort.
Braybrook College
Hanson Ha attributes much of his VCE success to the support of his friends. The Braybrook Secondary College student achieved an ATAR of 99.05 per cent and was named dux of his school.
‘‘My friends supported me a lot. They all wanted to see me succeed and they were always there,‘‘ he said.
Hanson said he planned to study a Bachelor of Science for his first year at Melbourne University and then study Medicine with a view to becoming a GP because he wanted to help people.
His advice to next year’s Year 12 students: ‘‘Staying on track is really important over the year and working hard. Don’t get distracted,“ he said.
St Aloysius College
Lila Kelly achieved an ATAR in the top 3 per cent of the state, scoring a 96.8, making her Dux of St Aloysius college.

Mazenod College
The Mazenod College 2025 Dux is Pramesh Silva who received an ATAR of 99.65 ATAR.
Cobden Technical School
Phoebe Harris was named the Cobden Technical School 2025 dux.
She studied Indonesian, English, food studies, general mathematics and psychology.
Phoebe hopes to study primary education at university.
South Oakleigh Secondary College
Lauren Olver reigned supreme as Dux of South Oakleigh Secondary College with an ATAR of 98.3
Korowa Anglican Girls’ School
Alice Liberman and Christina Chen have topped one of the state’s best performing schools Korowa Anglican Girls’ School, both achieving scores of 99.65.
The school is “immensely proud” of the achievements of Alice and Christina, Principal Frances Booth said.
“Alice and Christina represent two important frontiers for women, leadership and STEM,” Mrs Booth said.
“Their achievements show what young women can accomplish when they are empowered, supported and encouraged to pursue their passions without limits.”
Stawell Secondary College
Sasha Woltjen was the Dux of Stawell Secondary College, but did not wish to share her ATAR.
Sirius College
Rania Aldanu is the dux of Sirius College this year.
She was one of five students, including a set of twin brothers, at the school who achieved an ATAR above 99.
Rania achieved a score of 99.85 with perfect scores of 50 in English and Legal Studies.
This follows the study score of 50 she achieved in psychology in year 11
Among the high achievers were Dawood Razaq who achieved a 99.80, Yahya Ahmed with an ATAR of 99.70, Sarim Babar who achieved a 99.45 and his twin brother Saim Babar with an ATAR of 99.10.
Executive principal Ahmet Yamakoglu said he was proud of the achievements of the class of 2025 as students showed dedication, resilience, and determination.
He said he had confidence graduating students would continue to flourish in their future pathways.
Rania said she was grateful to everyone who supported her throughout the year.
“Without my family, friends and teachers, I could not achieve this alone,” she said.
“Whatever success I have belongs to you as well.
“So thank you for supporting me. I will work hard to make up for it in the future.”
Luther College
Jacinta Song has duxed Luther College, Croydon Hills with an ATAR of 99.85.
Mernda College
Mernda Central College’s 2025 VCE Dux is Aida Touqan, who achieved an ATAR of 96.00.
Yarram Secondary College
Yarram Secondary College’s two top students in 2025 were William Pearson and Hector McAulay.
Dux William Pearson got an ATAR of 96.1 and is planning to complete a bachelor of Surveying Technology at the University of Southern Queensland.
Hector, who was the English dux, achieved an ATAR of 91.6 and intends to do a Bachelor of Agriculture at Melbourne University.
Overall, the school’s results included 18 per cent of the VCE cohort being awarded an ATAR of 90 or higher.
Bannockburn P-12 College
The Dux at Bannockburn P-12 College was Gray Edwards with an ATAR of 98.9.
St Bede’s College
Piero Palleschi was the Dux of St Bede’s with an ATAR of 99.85 with two perfect study scores for Biology and Mathematical Methods
Mac Robertson Girls
Selective School Mac.Robertson Girls’ High School has had two students receive perfect ATAR scores. Mireille Ho and Grace Li were the school’s highest achieving students with ATARs of 99.95.
St Peter’s College
The 2025 Dux of St Peter’s College is Jai Ortolan who achieved an ATAR of 98.65. Jai achieved a perfect score in Physics and listed Engineering at Monash University as his first preference.
Hillcrest Christian College
Hillcrest Christian College’s dux title for 2025 has been awarded to Daniel Zhong, with an ATAR of 96.25.
The Proxime Accessit was Darren Raguo, with an ATAR of 95.25.
The school said they wished all 2025 CREST VCE students who received their ATAR results every success and joy in the next chapter of their lives as they “fulfil their God-given purpose in this world.”
Epping Secondary College
Leah Saveksi is the 2025 dux of Epping Secondary College after achieving an ATAR of 96.65.
St Augustine’s College
2025 College Dux of St Augustine’s College in Kyabram is Lily Garth with an ATAR of 96.40
Pascoe Vale Girls College
Haania is the dux of Pascoe Vale Girls College in 2025.
She scored an ATAR of 95.9.
The other top scoring student was Elise with a 95.85 ATAR.
The school said it was proud of the two top students and congratulated all 2025 VCE students on their results.
Melbourne Grammar School
Five Melbourne Grammar School students received the highest-possible ATAR of 99.95.
Daniel Gao, Tahj Kumar, Georgios Pirpiris, Nicholas Wang, and Andison Zhang were the school’s joint duxes with more than 60 percent of students scoring 90 and above.
Terang College
Chelsea McConnell scooped the number one ATAR at Terang College, being named College Dux with a score of 86.7
Gilson College
The Gilson College 2025 dux is Rumakjot Sandhu with a 93.8 ATAR score.
The Grange P-12 College
Leon Kolomatangi received an ATAR of 96.65 to be named the College Dux at The Grange P-12 College.
Caulfield Grammar School
Yuxiang Peng was named the 2025 Caulfield Grammar School dux, with a perfect ATAR of 99.95.
Footscray High School
With an ATAR of 99.55, Francis White topped the study scores for Footscray High School’s VCE cohort.
Beaumaris Secondary College
The dux of the school was Santiago Sassman – who achieved an ATAR of 99.1. Stephen said the top three ATAR scores this year were the highest the school has ever received.
The King David School
The King David School’s dux is Kiera Edelstein, with an ATAR of 99.6.She achieved a perfect study score of 50 in History Revolutions.
Parkdale Secondary College
Hana Ly is the highest VCE achiever at Parkdale Secondary College this year.
The 2025 dux achieved an ATAR of 99.95.
The school said the outstanding result was a testament to Hana’s hard work, focus, and determination throughout her schooling.
St Mary’s Coptic Orthodox College
Tatiana Issa was the 2025 Dux of St Mary’s Coptic Orthodox College with an ATAR of 97.9.
Fintona Girls’ School
Jessica Leung is the dux of Fintona Girls’ School for 2025 after achieving a score of 99.7.
She was among 14 per cent of the Balwyn private school’s 2025 VCE students to get an ATAR above 99; more than half of this year’s cohort received a score of more than 90.
St Mary’s College
Xavier Sinkeler is the 2025 Dux of St Mary’s College. He received an ATAR of 92.7 and has applied for Medicine at La Trobe University.
Ruyton Girls’ School
Olivia Williams and Siyuan (Lucy) Huang each achieved an ATAR of 99.95, making them the 2025 duxes of Ruyton Girls’ School.
Olivia received four perfect study scores in English, Biology, Chemistry and French.
Principal Kim Bence said the school was “incredibly proud” of both students,
“Not only have they achieved exceptional academic success, but they have also been active contributors to our school community and outstanding role models for our younger students,” she said.
“We congratulate them wholeheartedly and wish them every success in their future endeavours.”
Woodmans Hill Secondary College
The Woodmans Hill Secondary College dux is Ruth Carter, whose ATAR was 96.85.
While studying, Ruth sourced funding and worked with a peer and the Ballarat YMCA to create a documentary film called How Queer Looks.
The film, which will air online soon, attempts to bridge the intergenerational gap in queer communities.
Camberwell Grammar School
Camberwell Grammar School
Two Camberwell Grammar School students, Ethan and Ben, received a perfect ATAR of 99.95.
Balwyn High
Thomas Zhao and Matthew Yan were the duces for Balwyn High School in 2025, scoring perfect ATARs of 99.95.

Toorak College graduates achieved a median ATAR of 86.8, with 39 per cent of students getting an ATAR above 90, and 71 per cent over 80.
The dux of the school is Isabel Ng, who managed an ATAR of 99.6.
Eleanor Montgomery achieved a 98.8.
Sunbury College
Pearson Elton is 2025 Dux of Sunbury College with an ATAR of 90.85
Koo Wee Rup Secondary College
Quinn Brew has duxed Koo Wee Rup Secondary College for 2025.
St Joseph’s College Echuca
Emma Head was the 2025 Dux of St Joseph’s College Echuca with an ATAR of 94.05
Mentone Grammar
Jessica Chaplin is Mentone Grammar’s top performer achieving an ATAR of 99.95.
She received perfect scores of 50 in English, Maths Methods, Physics and Economics.
St Leonard’s College
St Leonard’s College VCE Dux for 2025 was Ruby Morgan, who achieved an ATAR of 99.35. Ruby achieved a perfect study score of 50 in Psychology.
Catholic College Sale
Catholic College Sale has named Madison Jones as its 2025 dux. Madison received an ATAR of 7.35 and four study scores over 40.
King’s College
Bianca Mikhail has duxed the King’s College, Warrnambool class of 2025.
Bianca received a 93.1 ATAR.
“This is a remarkable result and a testament to Bianca’s dedication, perseverance, and commitment to her studies,” Principle Allister Rouse said.
Maryborough Education Centre
Maryborough Education Centre has congratulated their 2025 dux Ashley Mason.
“Your commitment, positivity and hard work have truly shone this year,” the school posted to Facebook.
“We’re so proud of you, and our entire Year 12 cohort for reaching this milestone.”
Academy of Mary Immaculate
Alice Portz was the dux of the Academy of Mary Immaculate with an incredible score of 99.9.
Alice said she could not have excelled this year without the support of her teachers and classmates.
“You can get caught up in your own head with self-doubt, without really actually knowing what you can achieve,” she said.
“If you can get out of that headspace and trust yourself and the support network around you, that really makes a difference.”
“The Academy has allowed me to explore all my interests
Alice has her sights set on a Computer Science of Software Engineering degree at the University of Melbourne.
“Programming has been mainly a hobby for me, now I get to explore it in its entirety,” she said.
Westall Secondary College
Rin Prum Monkol is the dux of Westall Secondary College.
He achieved an ATAR of 98.65.
Ouyen P12 College
The Ouyen P-12 College dux this year is Kristy Higgins with an ATAR score of 86.95.
Staughton College
Staughton College VCE Dux for 2025 was Raziel Mouangsene.
Raziel preferred not to share his ATAR.
Hume Anglican Grammar
Hume Anglican Grammar’s dux title for 2025 has been awarded to Manraj Dhanoa, with a perfect ATAR of 99.95, the first ever perfect ATAR of 99.95 for the school.
Manraj, who also served as School Captain, has been an active and generous student leader, participating in co-curricular activities, social justice initiatives and charitable programs to serve the community.
The Proxime Accessit was Saad Khurram, with an ATAR of 99.25 and a merit in General Mathematics.
The school congratulated all 2025 Hume Anglican Grammar VCE students on their achievements and wished them every success and joy as they move into the next chapter of their lives.
Mentone Girls Grammar
Mentone Girls Grammar School is celebrating its strongest VCE performance on record after the class of 2025 achieved a median study score of 35.
Tsz Yau (Melissa) Wong was named Dux achieving an ATAR of 99.5.
The school also recognised joint Dux Secondus who attained 99.45.
“Their accomplishments reflect exceptional dedication and scholarship,” principal Lauren Perfect said.
Beth Rivkah Ladies College
Leah Goodman was the college dux for Beth Rivkah Ladies College with a score of 99.55.
Swinburne Senior Secondary College
Ella Rule is 2025 Dux of Swinburne Senior Secondary College with an ATAR score of 98.45.
Hopetoun P-12 College
Hopetoun P-12 College’s 2025 Dux title has been awarded to Lana in recognition of her outstanding VCE results.
Galen Catholic College
Lucy Dwyer is the 2025 Galen Catholic College dux with an ATAR of 93.95.
Berwick Secondary College
Miquella Jacobsen (MJ) was the dux of Berwick Secondary College, with an ATAR of 97.40.
MJ studied English, Literature, Philosophy, Legal Studies and Mathematical Methods and hopes to study Law with Philosophy next year.
Her principal Josephine Millard described MJ as a “wonderful student”.
“Her teachers love the way she thinks, she has been an integral part of our music program and she has shown what hard work can do,” she said.
“We are very proud of her.”
This year Berwick had all 249 Year 12’s complete the year successfully.
Monivae College
The Dux of Monivae College for 2025, is Campbell Glazebrook with an ATAR of 94.7.
Campbell is planning to study Science/Physiotherapy at The University of Melbourne in
2026.
Principal Jonathan Rowe congratulated Campbell on his “wonderful achievement”.
“Not only has Campbell shown excellence in his studies, but he has also
been a terrific role model and leader of the College as Vice-Captain of Sport”,” he said.
Among the 2025 cohort who completed a scored VCE, 36 per cent achieved an ATAR above 70 and one student received a perfect score of 50 for the subject Health and Human
Development.
Springside West Secondary College
Springside West Secondary College Dux of 2025 is Nhat Nguyen with an ATAR of 99.1.
Nhat intends to pursue a career in medicine and was complimented for his prodigious work ethic by his school on social media.
Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak
Bethany Leung and Stephanie Leon have both duxed Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak.
The graduates achieved matching ATAR’s of 99.25.
“Our graduating class has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment throughout
the year,” Principle Angela O’Dwyer said.
“These students are thoroughly deserving of their outstanding results, and we celebrate
all they have accomplished,” Ms O’Dwyer said.
Methodist Ladies College
Grace Gonzales and Angela Yin are co-dux of MLC, with a score of 99.90
Grace credits much of her success to the support she’s received.
“The network of support is something I love talking about,” she says. “I’m immensely grateful for all the teachers. They’re so willing to talk and make time for you. I’ve gotten so much more out of the teachers than I thought I could.
“I’ve learnt not to be hesitant to ask for help. Like for Maths, I asked for extra resources to do some extra work and they’ll go out of their way to send it to me, or chat through it at lunch. They just want you to do well.”
After completing Year 12 Biology last year, Grace learnt some valuable lessons on how to succeed in studies, including how to pace yourself.
“Cramming is overrated!” she warns. “I would have told myself last year: start early, and you’ll end up doing less work and it will pay off in the long term. Do the work incrementally, like trying to do tasks the day you get it, and over time your knowledge will build up. At some point, you’ll realise you actually have a lot behind you and that way you reduce stress.
Kambrya College
Kambrya College’s dux title for 2025 has been awarded to Aishwarya Anand, with an ATAR of 99.45.The VCE Vocational Major dux was Jayden Pham, and the VPC dux was Grace McLeod.
Doncaster Secondary College
Amin Soleyman duxed Doncaster Secondary College with an ATAR of 99.65.
Principal Glenn Morris said Amin’s twin also performed “exceptionally well”.
“In addition to being incredibly hardworking and intelligent students, they are good young men with outstanding manners and interpersonal skills,” he said.
Upwey High School
Upwey High School’s dux is Matias Obregon, who achieved an ATAR of 96.15.
He is hoping to get into Biomedical Engineering or a course within the medical industry.
Matias was also one of Upwey’s school captains in 2025, and at graduation was recognised as the ADF Long Tan Leadership recipient.
Richmond High School
Maddie Wild is the Richmond High School dux with an ATAR of 99.65 and the school is celebrating its highest ever median study score of 30.
She is the school’s first female dux in the school’s third year of offering VCE.
Maddie is weighing her options between a science degree at Melbourne University or a double degree in art and politics, philosophy and economics at ANU.
She then has plans to complete a Masters of Teaching and pursue her passion to become a primary school teacher.
“We are delighted to have our first female dux who achieved a near perfect ATAR of 99.65,” Principal Andrea Thompson said.
Strathcona Girls Grammar
2025 Strathcona Girls Grammar Dux, Amanda Un received a perfect score of 99.95.
Amanda said she was shocked when she found out she received a perfect score.
“I was shocked when I saw my result. It took me a minute to really process what it was saying.
“It had always been my goal, but I wasn’t sure I could actually get there. I’m really proud of the work I put in this year, and I couldn’t have done it without my teachers.
“They were my biggest support. I’m hoping this result will enable me to study for a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne,” Amanda said.
Good News Lutheran College
Good News Lutheran College’s dux title for 2025 has been awarded to Anushka Desai, with an ATAR of 99.75.The Proxime Accessit was Ehsaas Waadhwa, with an ATAR of 98.3.
Camperdown College
Lily Maskell has been named as Camperdown College’s 2025 dux.
Bayview College
The dux of Bayview college for 2025 was Jack Prevett.The school also had year 9 student Elijah Reeves complete a Unit 3/4 subject, banking a year 12 subject three years in advance.
Tyrell College
Tyrrell College’s dux is Jenna Alday, with an ATAR of 88.45.
Brighton Secondary College
Brighton Secondary College 2025 dux Li Icey received an ATAR of 99.40.
Surf Coast Secondary College
Tyson Smith was the 2025 College Dux at Surf Coast Secondary achieving an ATAR of 98.1.
The Knox School
The dux at The Knox School, with an ATAR of 99.7, is Linda He.
Hampton Park Secondary College
Hampton Park Secondary College’s VCE-General dux title for 2025 has been awarded to Estelle Foo Souye Chan, with an ATAR of 94.75.
The VCE-Vocational dux was Ezekiel Tafu, and the VPC dux was Aditi Singh.
Trafalgar High School
Trafalgar High School’s dux is Lucas Murphy.Lucas achieved at ATAR of 97.3
Kilvington Grammar
Derek Huang and Caleb Mendez have shared the honour of being the Kilvington Grammar School dux, both achieving ATAR’s of 99.85.
Derek said he and Caleb had had a “friendly academic rivalry” throughout high school
“Becoming joint duces is honestly the best outcome, I’m proud to share this honour with him” he said.
Derek plans to attend Dentistry at University of Melbourne and Caleb, Biomedical Engineering at Monash University.
Bialik College
