Outlook business luncheon adds RBA deputy governor

Reserve Bank of Australia deputy governor Andrew Hauser will join a line-up of business and political heavyweights at Australia’s Economic Outlook, the annual business luncheon presented by The Australian and Sky News.
Mr Hauser will take part in a fireside chat at Crown Sydney on June 7 with Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood, discussing the state of Australia’s economy, monetary policy, and the global fight against inflation.
He will join Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and other high profile business figures at the event, including Crown Resorts boss Ciarán Carruthers, Amazon Australia country manager Janet Menzies, Uber Australia managing director Emma Foley and Minerals Council of Australia chief executive Tania Constable.
Mr Hauser was named deputy governor in February 2024 after holding a variety of senior roles at the Bank of England.
