A Melbourne man accused of hiding a gun used in the fatal Love Machine nightclub drive-by shooting is back behind bars after breaching bail.
Moussa Hamka has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder over the shooting in April 2019.
The 26-year-old was allegedly found with the gun used in the shooting in his Epping bedroom. He has not been charged over the fatal shooting.
The 26-year-old was charged with theft after he was allegedly seen leaving an apartment building with a coat and a HP Pavilion laptop, Victoria’s Supreme Court was told on Friday.
He denied the offending but told police it was him on CCTV footage.
His bail was revoked after Justice Paul Coghlan was satisfied he committed an offence, which breached one of his bail conditions set by a magistrate last year.
Security guard Aaron Osmani and clubgoer Richard Arow were killed when they were shot at the Prahran nightspot.
Jacob Elliott and Allan Fares are both charged with two counts of murder and three of attempted murder over the shooting.
Mr Elliott is the son of underworld figure Nabil Moughnieh, who was shot dead in January 2020.
