A one-year-old girl has been killed after she was struck by a car in a driveway in Victoria, in what is being treated as a tragic accident.

A report will be prepared for the coroner after a one-year-old girl was struck by a car in a driveway in Ocean Grove.

A one-year-old girl has been killed after she was struck by a car in a driveway in Victoria on Friday.

Police say that the infant was in the driveway of a home in Connewarre Place, Ocean Grove, when she was hit by the vehicle about 4.50pm.

“Sadly, the child died at the scene,” police said.

The one-year-old girl died at the scene.

A report will now be prepared for the coroner and investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or who has dashcam footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
